Drew is the President of New Mexico Angels, the state's premier organization of angel investors, and Founder of UpSpring Associates, a management-consulting firm supporting sustainable ventures in New Mexico and beyond. He serves as Senior Advisor to Marion Street Capital, offering advisory and fractional CFO services to address early-stage companies' most pressing issues.

Drew serves as a ‘Fractional Exec’ for startups. He supported Build with Robots in a $3+ million raise and secured strategic partnerships. His efforts with Electric Playhouse led to opening their flagship location in Albuquerque after raising $5 million. Drew's time as Interim CFO at Dash LX (formerly PWR Lab, Inc.) led to $3 million to date and counting.

He spent three years with Meow Wolf, a B Corporation start-up based in Santa Fe that creates immersive arts experiences to wow. His efforts led to more than $125 million in investment, the purchase of a new headquarters and growth from 50 to 400+ people.

Previous professional experience includes Director of ECDC's Enterprise Development Group, Senior Investment Program Manager with Grameen Foundation, launching Director at Prisma Microfinance and an Analyst at a Bluetooth start-up. He began his career in VISTA and AmeriCorps.

He holds an MBA from University of Washington and BA, cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis.

Travis serves as CEO of Abo Ventures, LLC as well as several of Abo Empire's portfolio companies. Travis is actively involved in the legal and business development activities for Helios Water Technologies, LLC, Vara Assets, LLC, and JAY Land, among others. He maintains primary responsibility for sourcing, analyzing, and negotiating all Abo Empire investment activities.

He has extensive experience in corporate governance, acquisition and combination transactions and private business strategy and planning, including corporate formation, structuring, and organization. Prior to going in-house, Travis was a partner at Butler Snow, LLP, where he served as outside general counsel to a number of New Mexico and regional businesses in the energy, government contracting, healthcare, construction and manufacturing industries. 

He obtained his JD from Pepperdine University and is admitted to the State Bars of New Mexico, California, and the Navajo Nation (inactive).

Mark is an entrepreneur-investor with experience building leaders, developing brands and scaling businesses. He is a Principal at Park Five Capital, LLC, and a 4-year member of New Mexico Angels.

He was President/CEO of Beechworth Windows and worked for more than 24 years in James Hardie Building Product in increasing sales and management roles.

He has a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from University of Southern California, an MBA from USC Marshall and attended the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. Additionally, he serves on the Finance Committee of the Santa Fe Conservation Trust and the Hephzibah Children's Association. 

Jordan serves as Adelante Consulting's President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Adelante, Jordan was an executive at several privately-held energy-focused companies with footprints in California, Texas, Colorado and New Mexico.   

Jordan began his career holding finance, accounting, and businesss development roles for a family office in Santa Monica primarily focused in the energy sector.

Most recently, he's steered several companies through their Series A and B funding rounds in the alternative fuels and clean-tech sectors. Jordan is an active angel investor and believes it is vital to support local entrepreneurs and innovators.

Jordan completed his MBA at the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University. Jordan received Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Marketing from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona at Arizona State University. He is also an eagle scout.
